About The PEP Awards

For over 35 years, PEPWorldwide has championed productivity, work-life harmony, sustainable health, and efficiency in the offices of some of the world’s largest and most profitable multinational corporations. We have seen the amazing transformations and unbelievable results brought about by the efforts and persistence of both individuals and organisations in introducing healthier, and more productive workplace practices. It is time these stalwarts of productivity are recognised.

This coming year, we want to shine the spotlight on exceptional individuals, teams and organisations who successfully led initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency within their workplaces. In rewarding and recognising these leaders, we hope to spur more executives, companies and organisations to drive healthy transformations in employee productivity and efficiency.

Eligibility

PEPWorldwide Asia’s Productivity Awards are open to all kinds of professional executives in any role, from all industries and are able to demonstrate outstanding improvements and consistency in productivity and workplace excellence. 

*Self-nominations are acceptable and welcomed.
*Participating individuals/organisations may submit multiple entries to multiple categories.

Award Categories

Participating organisations or individuals may submit multiple entries in multiple categories. 

PEP Star Awards

The PEP Star Awards recognises individuals who exemplify the very best in efficiency and productivity within their companies. These are individuals who have undergone the Personal Efficiency Program and have demonstrated consistent excellence at the workplace.

You are entitled to nominate as many individuals within your company as you’d like to recognise.
Multiple winners per company may be selected for this category. 

Eligibility Criteria:

(1) Nominee must have successfully completed the full 3 Day Personal Efficiency Program in the last 10-15 Years.

(2) Requires at least 2 superiors, managers or colleagues’ testimonial recommendations, including their correct work email address for verification. 

(3) Personal Statement explaining why you think the person you are nominating has outstanding efficiency and demonstrates consistent excellence at the workplace since undergoing the Personal Efficiency Program. Be specific in how the PEP has helped this individual.

PEP Progress Awards

The PEP Progress Awards recognises individuals who have demonstrated outstanding improvements in
results-driven efficiency and productivity since undergoing the Personal Efficiency Program.

You are entitled to nominate as many individuals within your company as you’d like to recognise.
Multiple winners per company may be selected for this category. 

Eligibility Criteria:

(1) Nominee must have successfully completed the full 3 Day Personal Efficiency Program in the last 2 Years.

(2) Requires at least 2 superiors, managers or colleagues’ testimonial recommendations, including their correct work email address for verification. 

(3) Personal Statement explaining why you think the person you are nominating has demonstrated significant improvements in efficiency and productivity since undergoing the Personal Efficiency Program. Be specific in how the PEP has helped this individual.

PEP Productivity Ambassador Awards

The PEP Productivity Ambassador Awards recognises champions of productivity and efficiency who are relentless in their pursuit of positive change within their organisation. They are the passionate drivers of innovation and learning within their teams and organisations.

You are entitled to nominate as many individuals within your organisation who you’d like to recognise.
Up to
3 winners will be selected for this category. 

Eligibility Criteria:

(1) Nominee must have introduced the Personal Efficiency Program to their organisation at least once and continues to show genuine interest and effort in implementing positive change within the organisation, driving innovation and learning within their teams and across the company.

(2) Requires at least 2 testimonial recommendations from superiors, managers, colleagues or staff, including their correct work email address for verification. 

(3) Personal Statement explaining why you think the person you are nominating deserves this award.

PEP Visionary Leadership Award

The PEP Visionary Leadership Award will recognise the highest-performing organisation based on effective leadership, a culture of superior work-life harmony and sustainability as well as having the visionary drive of boosting productivity and efficiency at an organisational level.

As many people within the organisation are entitled to submit nominations for the company.
Each individual is entitled to submit a
 nomination only once, in this category.
Only
one exceptional organisation will be conferred The PEP Visionary Leadership Award.

Eligibility Criteria:

(1) Nominated organisation must be the organisation you are currently an employee of. 

(2) Nominators need to fill out written statements detailing scenarios where they can support their recommendation of why they think their organisation has: (1) the most effective leadership; (2) a culture of superior work-life harmony and sustainability; and (3) visionary drive in boosting productivity and elevating efficiency throughout the organisation.

Judging Process

PEPWorldwide Asia is committed to following the highest standards in awards judging in selecting our finalists and winners of each category for The PEP Productivity Awards. All judging analysts are guided by the principles of integrity, objectivity and impartiality, ensuring the avoidance of conflicts of interest so as to maintain the highest form of neutrality and fairness.

All entries in each category will be evaluated in three rounds:

First Round: 

A preliminary assessment of all entry nominations are analysed by our qualified judging analysts against each eligibility criteria.
Qualifying entries are then shortlisted to proceed to the second round.

Second Round:

Our judging panel will then determine the finalists for each category against a rigorous selection criteria specific to each category.
The names of all finalists will be announced around mid-February 2020. 

Third and Final Round:

In the final round of the judging process, judges will explore nominations of selected finalists in more detail to identify the winners.
Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony during the Global PEP Summit 2020 Gala Dinner.
More information on the Global PEP Summit 2020 will be revealed in due course.

Finalists and Winners

All finalists (including winners) will win a merit certificate, personalised digital recognition of their achievement displayed on PEPWorldwide Asia’s website, LinkedIn and Facebook pages. Each finalist organisation will also receive one complimentary entry ticket for a representative to attend the Awards Ceremony Gala Dinner at the Global PEP Summit 2020. Representatives who choose to attend the Awards Ceremony Gala Dinner will receive framed merit certificates on behalf of their organisation. Winners will receive all above awards including a personalised glass plaque with the winners name and award inscribed. Additional tickets may be purchased by interested organisations and individuals, subject to availability.

Awards Branding Logo

Each finalist and winner will also receive a distinct awards logo that can be displayed on websites, social media or other materials as a mark of their distinguished excellence in productivity.

Awards Ceremony

All participating organisations will be invited to be part of the Awards Ceremony Gala Dinner occurring during the Global PEP Summit 2020. Only finalist organisations and winners will receive one complimentary entry ticket to the Awards Ceremony Gala Dinner. Additional tickets may be purchased by interested organisations and individuals, subject to availability. Entry tickets to the Awards Ceremony Gala Dinner does not include entry to the Global PEP Summit 2020 events and activities. Results of the award winners will be revealed during the Awards Ceremony Gala Dinner.
